Jefit is a great app. You can pick what you want to target and what equipment you have, from a full gym, to only body weight

Also it doesn't explain differences between the same muscle exercises. Like why would I do Dumbbell Reverse Curl instead of regular Dumbbell Curl.

Cool website. It would be cool if it showed all muscles a selected exercise benefit.

Would the friend of yours be willing to have some sort of contact information on the page? There’s no way to tell who’s behind it today. Also I‘d have some improvement ideas, like leaving metadata intact or not converting my JPG to a bloated PNG…

There's wikiwand of course but I noticed it takes quite a little more battery if your not on a desktop. Doesn't mean you can't make something similar.
I'll stick to just Wikipedia when I need it.

Well back when I participated they were actually just a bunch of volunteers/hobbyists doing it in their free time. Not sure if a part of it has been professionalized by now. But yea, it's all very slick.

Look man, a train just poisoned Ohio and the US got caught blowing up the nord stream, any media circus that can fill news times has to be exploited as much as possible.
