In what way does this benefit the note taker?
Never happened in any meeting I attended that this would be suggested - woman taking notes. There was always a designated person or a rotation between everyone.
That’s the proper way to do it but you’d be surprised how often this isn’t the case
What about equal writes?
Oh I do this all the time. Then make sure to say ok minutes over and pass your notes and pen to the right or left
