What’s the school for? Undergrad? Graduate school? Honestly a full time job and school isn’t that difficult to manage if you can practice effective time management.

Are you just finishing a degree or starting from the beginning? How much do you have left? What’s the degree for? A lot of degrees aren’t worth much nowadays. If you can land this “dream job” I’d probably consider it a bird in the hand kind of situation. does the degree have online options?

This. I have been going to school full time and working full time for nearly 10 years. It's not fun but is entirely manageable.

Take the job. Ask the school if they have options for part-time, online, or defer.

We go to school to get the dream jobs. If you can get one without school, do it! Take the job now. School will always be around. I have a masters degree. However, if I’d ever had any marketable skills I’d have never gone back to school.

Would this still be your dream job after obtaining the degree you're looking for? If so, do the job full time, take classes super part time. Don't screw up the dream job for the sake of the degree that you're pursuing to obtain the dream job.

Also, don't mention that you're going back to school in the interview. It's a sure way to not get the offer.
