I recently got a canadian pardon last year. i got my passport. WOrk is sending me on the road from canada to Kentucky nedxt week. Will they detect my criminal record? i read online some people say i need a waiver to get in even after the pardon (which can take up to 150 days). Which i dont have time for at the moment.
Has anyone experienced this? Have ytou crossed the border with ease after a pardon? Any insight would be greatly appreciated!
