We are having a business trip with our company and most, if not all, participants are drinkers and enjoy spending each evening in pub, having lots of booze. I also enjoy having a drink every now and then, but those guys like to have a bit more than usual and are kind of forcing you to drink too. If you refuse, they would most likely treat you like an "outsider" and it might hurt your relations with them. How can I prepare for such an event and how should I behave, not to be treated like an outcast? Dropping the job is not an option as I get paid very well in this company and aside from those trips all the relations are very good.
EDIT: Thanks for so many replies, that's some great advice here and there, really appreciated. I see lot of you recommend talking to bartenders to get watered down drinks, mocktails or straight up sparkling water with lime. It's a great tip, however does not work when one of your colleagues just buys the rounds of drinks and hands them over to you, regardless if you're finished or not. On couple of occasions I just ended up with 2-3 glasses while still sipping on previous one.
