LPT: Having a hard time exercising? Change your mindset by thinking of it like brushing your teeth. You wouldn't go days or weeks without brushing (I hope), and like your teeth your veins get plaque buildup. Exercising pushes blood fast and hard, essentially brushing your circulatory system.

LPT: Need to divide something fairly between 2 kids? Let one kid make the split and let the other kid choose the partition. Because kid making the allocation won't know which partition he/she is getting, it will incentivize him/her to make the fairest possible split.

LPT: If you meet/see someone unusually tall, don't mock them or make a worn out joke about their height. Like reducing anyone to a singular physical feature, it's usually rude and unnecessary. They are reminded every day by someone how tall they are and often just want to be treated normally.
