Wait until my children are old enough to live on their own, then their roommate discovers that we just shove our sheets into the linen closet and slam the door closed. Then it's too late, the lease has been signed and you're stuck with them!

Second for T-Gel. Crap is magic. Smells awful, works great.

No one cares. But it's pretty easy and so satisfying to fold a fitted sheet

LPT2: get more than 1 fitted sheet
i have several that i swap out each time one needs to be cleaned, so i have a system going where i just wash one, throw a new one on, wait for the other one to get clean, then just put it away and repeat when necessary

+1 to How to Win Friends and Influence people.
Also look up mirroring tactics. Chris Voss was an FBI hostage negotiator and he has has a really helpful Masterclass on negotiation and his section on mirroring was fascinating. It is simply a way to repeat back the last few words the person you’re talking to you said.
“Do you have a few minutes to chat?” “Few minutes to chat?”
Neurally it links you to that person and it makes you seem very engaged with them, they feel heard. It seems like it would be annoying but it totally works.

Bro the system is manipulating you, fucking you, hoping you'll hate your neighbor, instead of giving you (and them) a living.

It’s impossible to beat the wage tipped workers wake off of tips tbh otherwise a shitty serving/bartending/delivery job would start at $25/hr and most would honestly probably be at $40-50hr, margins in the foodservice business are relatively low compared to many other industries so the customer gets the short end of the stick

Reply to LPT: Admitting when you are wrong, directly and succinctly, is not only being a great teammate, but also a great way to determine friend from foe in the workplace. by AdministrativeAct902
It is a sign of good character.
Admitting you're wrong doesn't make people not respect you; rather, admitting your fallibility concisely and immediately as and when required gains respect.
More people in this world ought to subscribe to OP's LPT.

Do people follow others lead without knowing what lies ahead of them? All the time. Sometimes it's helpful, sometimes harmful. Still human and natural.

If I recall correctly Martha actually hates fitted sheets. I remember a clip of someone coming on the show to demonstrate folding technique and I believe she admitted she doesn’t use them in her home.

Reply to LPT REQUEST: What to say when someone brings up the death of their loved one that happened years ago. by Interesting_Ad7785
You say politely, I’m sorry for your loss, then they say something. Most of the time, they say something like, thank you, it was a long time ago and the conversation goes on. Sometimes they want to talk.
You let their reaction guide the conversation.

Please, if possible, move on, find new, better, people who will earn your friendship, not abuse it. You deserve better.
