Studies show there is no amount of alcohol that is healthy.
Also alcohol interferes with sleep. So it's actually bad to use alcohol as a sleep aid, since it reduces the quality of sleep.
Sleep is completely different than just being unconscious. In some stages of sleep your brain is more active than when you are awake, so taking a depressant which reduces brain activity negatively interferes with sleep.

This. Buy most things used/cheap and as they break or get worn out buy a quality version of it.

Appreciate the fact that you have parents who are willing and able to help you. Try to gain independence and learn not to rely on them for everything. Keep your place in good order, learn to take care of your own needs and keep your grades up. Realize how incredibly lucky you are to have such great support. Try to solve your own problems before asking for help. So many things can be figured out with a simple google search or YouTube video and you will feel a great sense of satisfaction for having handled an issue on your own.

Save those little rubber things that come on the earrings when you buy them. Those things don’t move.

Are your earlobes thick? I lose earrings pretty frequently that are higher up on my lobes and I think it’s because they are thicker there and the backs don’t catch properly on the posts.

Pro tip: back into a parking spot in front of a glass front building and use the reflection to check rear lights. Easiest at night. Don't forget license plate lights.
Check turn signals with turn signal stalk. Not hazard switch.

Girl me too 😭
It could be fine for months and then in a matter of days all the earrings that I have will fall out and disappear. I have four holes as well and have just embraced the mismatched earrings. I currently have four different Xmas earrings in right now.
I also don’t spend money on any expensive earrings. I will never buy anything with a real stone. The unpredictability of my ears mean I wear some pretty cheap studs at all times. Luckily I don’t have any type of reactions to the costume jewelry.
Not really a way to fix… more of a way to cope.

Take pictures of the apartment when you first move in and document anything that is broken, holes, chips in paint, or anything you could be fined on when moving out.
Sometimes you will need all of this as proof to get your full security deposit back

Buy anything you can on Facebook Marketplace!! Buying new stuff is rarely worth it, especially at that stage of life.

Here are several things that I think will be helpful:
- Find a good place --outside of your home-- to focus on your work
- Use amazon fresh delivery, if available
- Work out and eat healthy
- Find a community with people that support you and whom you can support --low key, churches are a good place to find this community

So many people can’t simply say “oh you’re right, my bad I misunderstood, thank you for sharing that info” or something similar. I’ll admit I’m wrong in a heartbeat and just move on with life. It makes you human and people more apt to speak openly with you.

It’s not an issue.

Reply to LPT if you are planning on starting to workout for your new year resolution, start limbering up now. It'll make a dramatic effect on your soreness. Also stretch before and after your workout, even if it's a small amount. by Greyjeedai
Doing static stretches before a workout has been show to be bad.
Also I don't think there is any evidence that limbering will reduce muscle soreness.

Meal prep, exercise, meet people, complete your work, and don’t do anything too dumb. Know where and where not to go in the city you’re in.
