I have arthritis in my hips, and this is pretty much exactly how I sleep (the pillows are stacked 2-3 high though). The trick (for me) is finding the exact right angle and amount of support for my legs (the pillows at my sides/under my arms just make me feel like I’m in a cozy little cocoon). This helps me, I hope it helps you too.

They do look at the back of your eye but it's usually caused by eye injury, or a blood vessel burst. Diabetes causes blood vessel issues on so that's something to encourage you to be proactive with your help.

As you age your risk increases because the jelly in your eye starts to separate from your retina (posterior vitreous detachment) . The first signs of PVD are the lighting flashes and floaters., similar symptoms to retinal detachment. PVD can also increase your risk of the retinal detachment, so that will require follow-ups too.

Fun fact: an opthalmologist is able to see a tumor on the brain during an eye exam. So if they push you to see a doctor after an exam, do it. A friend of the family was diagnosed with brain cancer this way. Opthalmologist said to follow up with his doctor as soon as possible. Then called him the next day to see if he went. He said he'd do it as soon as possible. Then he blew it off. The opthalmologist called his primary care doctor 2 days later and told then to please get him in as soon as possible for an exam. Primary care physician called him to come in and set an appointment whenever he was available day or night. He's still around 5 years later but needed some surgeries and chemo.

When I would make flash cards, I had them in 3 categories: shit I know, shit I kind of know, shit I don't know. I would focus on the last two until everything was in the shit I know pile and then review that until I felt confident. Typically you would have started flash card during the first five months and built it up. This method may help in another class in the future.

I used to this but I've been using privacy dot com for the last couple of years. Let's you make virtual credit cards. You can set limits by total, monthly, etc. .I have one for 24 hour fitness, I set it you charge my monthly rate and every year they try to charge me a 50 dollar maintenance fee and every year it gets rejected, and they haven't suspended my account yet. Also gave a virtual card to my 16 year old niece for the Apple Store, lets her spend 10 bucks on month on whatever app stuff she needs.

Anyway I've made like 30 cards for stuff, and when I want to cancel I just turn the card off. Easy Peasy.

When my father died i found his picture on google maps. I bought a vr headset just to see him anytime I wanted. He is there to this day, in the bar’s outside table, seeing the cars go by, as he loved to do. Google blurred his face, but I can see his smile under it. After that my headset lens get wet, all of sudden.

I guess is the moisture from the weather or something.
