If your snoring is that bad, I highly recommend getting tested for sleep apnea. Do you wake up tired, yawn during the day, have need for napping? CPAP machine can change your life!

I’ve actually noticed that over the years (I’m currently 21), my nose has become slightly crooked towards one side and it seems like my face has become slightly asymmetrical. It’s not noticeable and it isn’t bothering me but I never really understood why. Could me sleeping on mostly one side have skewed my facial structure?

How so? I know it can't affect full-screen games or things that don't bring up this context menu, but other than that, it seems to be identical.

Thus is absolutely true. I was depressed and sleepy all the time. Told my doctor. He told me to get some D3 and it’s been way better ever since.

Not at all! All positions have pros and cons. Biggest drawback is possible shoulder pain but most people might never develop it . It could be actually beneficial for your back to sleep on your side, depending on your situation.

If you live north of the 40th parallel, you have a vitamin D deficiency and should take a supplement (at least in the winter).

Is there something inherently wrong with sleeping on your sides? I’ve slept on my sides for my entire life and can never fall asleep if I sleep in any other position.
