This is a good LPT, especially for your own mental well-being

You can't please everyone, so don't waste your time on hypocrite/narcissistic person/group. They'll never take responsibility for thier own action. And if you don't like/agree with thier agenda/ideology/belief, they'll just say you're a bad person because everything action they do is always good and justified.

In other words. Don't waste time arguing with strangers, (especially on the internet) you'll cause yourself more headaches and most of them cannot be reason with. They just want people to agree with them so they can confirm thier on biases. So you'll most likely be taking to a brick wall, even if you have good argument point to back it up.

I had a mental health crisis in 2016, and went away for a month to Rodgers Memorial in Wisconsin. They got my meds right and taught me a ton of coping skills. It was amazing. You’d have to file FMLA for work and you don’t have to tell them what’s going on.

So you just started 8 months ago, and had two minor issues that got better with mobility work... That means you can give advice about "almost every joint and muscle pain"?

Mobility work and stretching are not the same. Advocating generic 'stretching' can be very damaging to any body, and there are many conditions in which stretching or mobility work would cause significantly more pain and injury.

Nothing specifically different about my diet. I do have rheumatoid arthritis, and it is my rheumatologist that prescribes "the big D" for me. She says deficiency is common amongst RA patients.

I do have a lot of trouble sleeping, but I had that before taking the D. I just switched from trazodone to Quetiapine/Seroquel which has helped a lot.

What you are describing sounds a lot like a monastery. So, my suggestion would be to explore the option of a longer-term stay at a monastery somewhere in the country. This is not something that is common, so the options may be limited but I suspect it will give you what you need. IF you can take the time from your job. Staying in your area limits your options, obviously.
