Thats a pretty decent idea. I've watched a couple of my youth/old movies -I'm talking Back to the Future old, not Casablanca old- in Spanish and it was pretty helpful.

Nah, insistent.

Sometimes they're called docents. Also, sometimes they get paid. Not often though.

My experience is that organic, ultra pasteurized milk lasts a really long time, even after it’s open. Like weeks and weeks. And it tastes better. Same applies to A2 milk. I’m with OP on this one.

Well, this isn't plain old pasteurisation it's UHT pasteurisation. Shorter time, much higher temperature, maybe some other differences? It slightly scalds the more sensitive parts of the milk so some people don't like it. But it does have the advantage of making the milk shelf-stable which can be really great.

If it is always going bad, you're not drinking enough fast enough. Buy smaller container sizes more often.

Open it then see how long it lasts. Not the same as Sell By (never opened). This might help you understand the differences.

Incredibly important to know: The date is valid when unopened. Opened will last less than 2 weeks.

Someone doesn't understand the fundamental difference between "organic" and plain old pasteurisation.

That's not the same thing. That's long life milk. It's pasteurised. It's not fresh milk. You can just buy non organic long life with the exact same shelf life. It being organic has nothing to do with its expiry date.

I think once you open them the good by date isn't used anymore

Those are your examples? Do a lot of people walk up to you at random and ask you what the tallest building in the world is? That's the sort of question you think is commonly being asked?
Also, how many times does the average hummingbird's heart beat per minute?

Counter LPT: If someone asks you a question they might want to have a human conversation with a real person, and not everyone is wired to assume that the default for everyone should be "interact with as few people as possible." If you constantly find yourself trying to limit human contact unless necessary and shaming those who do not, consider whether that's actually in your own best interests, and whether it makes you a douche to shame others for not doing the same.

Yeah op I think you mean Almond or soy milk? Milk being organic doesn't make it last longer.

Organic cow milk doesn't stay drinkable for months.

I did this once! The exhibit was full of people, and the attendant seemed genuinely surprised and happy I asked. It was a painting that wouldn’t have stood out to me otherwise, and actually now is the only one I really remember from it because of a few small details. Total gem that I would have otherwise overlooked.
