Not the best suggestion but if she doesn't have money for rent then she doesn't have money for filing fees with the court.
Does she have a copy of the lease? Does she pay in cash or with a card, check, app, anything traceable? Did she give you a security deposit?
If she doesn't have proof she lives there (no lease copy, paid in cash, etc) I would be sorely tempted to do the wrong thing. Which is change the locks, put her shit by a dumpster (not out front) and pretend you don't know her. I might even sell some of her shit on the DL to recoup my losses on rent, bills, and changing the locks. I've even got at least two friends willing to lie in court that they were living in the apartment, not her.

Step 1, clean the car. Step 2, ozone the car.

Yes to all this!!! I get my weekly supply of cold brew coffee in growlers from a local coffee shop. Both growlers bumped into each other as I made a quick right turn, causing one of them to burst and spill all over behind the driver’s seat. It was a two week old car and smelled of coffee. I was worried but vinegar and baking soda saved my life and money. I did spend quite some time wet vacuuming and pouring baking soda to absorb the liquid. Then I sprayed with vinegar and had the windows down for a bit to circulate. It completely removed the odor of the coffee!

Never tell anyone your goals. I don't know why it works, but it does.
Show up at work on Monday having run a marathon the day before. Don't let people even know that you run or started running. Once you make yourself the only audience that matters you have everything you need

Realizing tv was taking too much of my time on the weekends so I try to multitask it with something else like laundry. Watch an episode, that is a wash cycle, watch two, that is a dry cycle. Actually I really don’t want to watch anything and actually want to study but don’t have the funds so I take free classes.

Oh that doesn't work! Pretty much nothing available now works. For people who have like a high tolerance to mosquito bites are itching maybe but those of us who get systemic allergic reactions to poison ivy on places where it didn't even touch and for it has not been spread by contact and people who have had dangerous reactions to mosquito bites from scratching with swelling oozing and running red streaks... None of these normal remedies are going to work. Lol Even alcohol doesn't really work nor anything else. The only thing that ever worked that was worth its weight in gold was the original Afterbite formula. Sadly, they changed the formulation three or four years ago and now it's junk also. They were other brands out there that were similar dab on rub on Stick kind of application and most of them had benzocaine or lidocaine or something like that to try to numb it but none of them worked. Let me go grab my trusty tube from the large amount of stock I bought years ago and check the ingredients but I know it has ammonium in it. It says ammonia 3.5% and natural oil. It used to say mink oil but I do believe they pulled the minkle out at one point in time and replaced it with whatever they call this natural oil. I don't care but I have known people who say they are allergic to mink oil. Regardless, this is the only stuff that ever worked but you did have to do a little bit of scratching first because you really need to get it a little bit raw so the ammonia can get in there.. Now the funny thing is I've tried actual ammonia and it doesn't seem to work as well but the key for these bites is to squeeze them and scratch them enough to get them all because otherwise they're just going to keep itching, and then put the after bite on there or straight alcohol or ammonia vinegar or whatever else you can use that will burn the heck out of it because then the itching is GONE!

So my wireless stick vac has a weird odour ( dirty feet) ever since I cleaned out the filter a few days ago and it’s coming from the motor (not a burning smell). I didn’t put the filter back right away without allowing it to dry out so I doubt it’s moisture related but I just bought it from Amazon last week. What do I do

You can add baking soda first and this turns the vinegar into water, carbon dioxide, and a salt so it doesn't smell like vinegar. It just smells like water. Because it's just water now.

Try understanding human psychology better. If you’re not working towards your goal, it’s not your real goal. Otherwise, you’d be working on it day and night. This is usually an answer and a very hard pill to swallow, unless, of course, you have some severe dependence. Instead of procrastinating around your so-called goal and beating yourself up for not moving forward, be sincere with yourself and ask yourself what your real goal is
