Does it actually connect to a server somewhere or is it one of those "software" VPNs that does nothing to hide your external traffic? And if it does connect to a server somewhere how do you know the traffic still isn't being logged?

I’ve been a bodybuilder and CrossFitter throughout my life and have literally NEVER taken creatine or anything more than a magnesium supplement ($9 for a 3-month supply) and fish oil (comparably as inexpensive). I rarely use protein powder.

They can help. But they aren’t NECESSARY to living a healthy life and being physically more fit.

My husband is 5’7 and sexy as hell. Dating is a shit show and there’s definitely a bias Re: men/height and women/weight.

Just remember that you are not for everyone and everyone is not for you. And that’s ok bc you really only need to meet that one person who you vibe and connect with.

Don’t let the size queens get you down. Someone that shallow isn’t worth your time anyways

So I grew up below the poverty line. I am a first generation American and saw my parents struggle. My dad was a contractor (handyman type) and he does some back breaking work. I started working with him on weekends when I was about 11.

Long story short, I appreciated what my dad does but did not want live like he did (paycheck to paycheck, always in some physical pain) so I decided to pursue a career in STEM. There were a lot of times I wanted to quit and drop out but every time I did there would be an odd-job my dad had for me to do that reminded me why I was doing everything I was doing. I'm now in my 30s and he's in his 60s and still working as a contractor. To this day I will still do an odd-job with him from time to time to remind myself of why I keep going down the path I'm going.

I currently work as an engineer and I'm pursuing a PhD. This is how I stay motivated.

Get a good nights sleep every night. You grow the most while you’re sleeping. Diet is also important to make sure you have everything the body needs to grow.

But…….at the end of the day it’s really coming down to genetics. If both your parents are around 5’5 then you’re probably going to not grow much more unless you’ve got someone much taller on either side of the family.
