When you finish peeing into the toilet and do your pants up then leave the bathroom, do you feel a bunch of urine leak out when you start moving/when you sit down/stand up/bend over? And you can't seem to get that urine to come out normally while peeing no matter how long you wait/how much you shake/even if you do the "push up just beneath your sack when done peeing to get the last bits out" trick, and it only comes out when you don't want it to?

Depending on WHY your pelvic floor is tight matters too. If you have bad posture and those muscles are taking over the work your abdominal muscles are supposed to be doing, you're probably unable to relax them while standing (since they're holding your back upright). If you're able to consciously relax your pelvic muscles and the urine comes out at the same time, then, bingo.

Practically speaking 99% of people find out during cystoscopy once all the other potential causes are ruled out and you're asked to do a Kegel while the camera is in there staring at your sphincter

I am 6'4" and let me tell you, it ain't easy. Some highlights:

  • "Do you play basketball? You should play basketball" - heard that for years and years.
  • Finding clothes that fit sucks. It's hard.
  • Air travel is a nightmare or very expensive.

Plus, tall men die earlier than short men. So, that sucks too!

Is the idea at these all being something they do to organize/manage/make better their life, focusing on these being about things they do and decisions they make? I kinda see this as both a readily flattering (also ordinary so that's safe) field of topic and somewhat dangerous to approach.

Edit: missed words

I'm not very good at this, but I've suspected it could be about showing kindness/being fair in any other way than offering the same weight(?) in information.

I think the other posters have it right that being a good listener (including asking good questions) alone can support the whole conversation. With me the over-sharing has mostly happened when it's about me worrying about the other person feeling somewhat unfair if I don't talk about some personal stuff too.

I think with questions I worry mainly about me asking the person anything putting them in a place where they're forced to answer about something they don't want to. Maybe it helps to get better at this, asking a question and making sure the other person feels at ease not answering it....I'm lurking here to find out more.

I don't need this because my devices have completely different looking USB cables. Some are different shades of gray, Summer braided, some have different designs on the USB plug, and on the extremely rare circumstance I would need to unplug one of them it's very easy just to trace the cable from end to end

6'5 here. Sleep a lot and eat a healthy diet. I'm 3" taller than the tallest recorded person in my bloodline and 6" taller than my tallest parent.

I usually credit my height to my mom ensuring I drank a full glass of milk with every dinner. Didn't always have to finish my food but always finished my milk. Seems silly but high calcium and protein probably helped me a lot.

My freshman year I was in online school and that's when my growth spurt hit, I consistently slept like 10-12 hours a day through the weeks. Grew like 3 or 4 inches taller during that year. However I also failed 3 classes. Don't do that.

I have an 825+ credit score because my mother and I went to get me a credit card when I turned 18. I only used it for ordering used college textbooks on Amazon. Then paid it off at the end of every month. It probably only had a $1,000 max at the start (they increased it as the years went by).

Still, when I bought my house 10 years later my credit was amazing. This only works if you pay it off every freaking month! You’re not treating it like credit. Not really. If you don’t have the money in your debit account to cover what you’re going to put on your cc you don’t buy it. Never.
