We have a friend whose son was "small" growing up. Short, very skinny. As a teenager they put him on growth hormones to help him out. It's hard to tell whether he got much taller, but he definitely has a more "balanced" physique. Some of that was from the gym, some was probably from the growth hormones. He got into rock climbing where his frame size is an asset for him. He is in college now and looks like he has a healthy build. He will never be 6'3", but that is the way the genetic dice rolled for him. His dad is 5'11' and his mom is average for a woman, so it was just a fluke for him.

Also, most importantly, don't let things that you can't change define you. It's OK to find things to improve on to make yourself happy, but don't spend your life thinking your are "less than" because of your height, frame, or anything else.

Just be good to other people and you will attract the right people.

As with all things, don’t overdo it, and stop if there’s pain. And some people — especially victims of sexual abuse— should ask a pelvic floor therapist or otherwise specialist about kegels as you may cause a muscle imbalance in the area. I have had constant pelvic pain for years and doing kegels makes it much worse.

I just wanted to make it clear for everyone who has never tried Kegels before because often people will use the cue "stop the flow of urine" which is not great for actual function of the pelvic floor. Since this thread is about educating people on the pelvic floor and Kegels, I wanted to provide some additional info/context so someone doesn't just take that one comment and runs with it without looking too much further into it.

Any layer protecting the metal from rusting to moisture would be stripped.. I would just say if ur gonna use it in a car make sure it’s not enough to soak thru the carpet to the metal below, just a light application and shop vac it up after. Just saying cuz I’ve dealt with stuff rusting under the carpet from trapped moisture and that was without stripping the coatings on the metal and electronic plugs underneath

Depends how you're edging I guess. Might just be me but if I'm holding an orgasm with kegel reflexes, I'm still gonna bust when I let go, I can just hold it back for like ten seconds and let it build more.

Edging for Mr is getting to that ball tighten point and backing off for a bit and coming back from the edge, so to speak. Kegels just let's me go over the edge and not fall like a cartoon character fir a while.

>There is an idea of a Patrick Bateman, some kind of abstraction, but there is no real me. Only an entity, something illusory. And though I can hide my cold gaze, and you can shake my hand and feel flesh gripping yours and maybe you can even sense our life styles are probably comparable, I simply am not there.

10 year vampire here. When I have to swap, I'll just condense my misery into one day. Curl up with a good book, some netflix, or something and stay up until you would go to bed on your new schedule. Like if you have to get up at 6pm, stay up til about 10 am a day or so before. If you are going to be night shift for any length of time, get blackout curtains for your bedroom.
