Staying at that job will make you think about the event that caused your hardship. It is kinda of like an abusive relationship. It is best to get out if it is toxic.
Also, preparing a resume will help you recognize your strengths, which can help build your self esteem.
Good luck!

Reply to LPT Request: Healthcare providers & staff, what gift/gesture can patients give to show gratitude after a complicated birth by vco19
My wife was hospitalized with covid for 7 days while also being 8 months pregnant with our soon to be son.
Thankfully she prevailed, fully recovered, and gave birth to a beautiful baby.
Before leaving the hospital (she gave birth in same hospital she was in for covid 6 weeks prior), we brought the baby down to the nurse who cared for her.
I said to the nurse, you saved not only my wife's life but this little baby also. And here he is because of you.
The nurse cried.
I think it was the best gift we could give her.

It might not be much but work on your core and posture, having good posture can give you a little extra height, and it couldn't hurt to stretch

You need to leave the company, meditate or go for counseling, and put this behind you

HR is properly named: “Human Resources” meaning humans are a resource for the company… not that humans get resources.

I actually have O experience with them myself if I am being honest, I am pretty new to even knowing they are there for the company and not the employee haha

You need to speak to Resource Resources. You're not regarded as human by any employer, it's bad for bidness.

I thought so but the HR has moved on threw me for a loop.
Unfortunately I don't have much experience with HR. I work for family. It's 1000% times worse than everyone makes it sound.

I am gonna feel like a twit for asking, but what is HR.
My brain is telling me human resources, but it doesn't fit in all the slots. Lol.
yax51 t1_j6l9amz wrote
HR is misnamed. Their entire purpose is to protect the company. They don't care about you as an employee. At all.
In order to move on, I would start by looking for a new job.

Are you male or female? If you’re female , you’re probably done growing. In general girls stop growing two years after their first period. So if it’s been two years or more, you’re probably done. If you’re male, you still have a few more years left. Boys generally stop growing around 18-19. Personally, I stopped growing when I was 15 and that was two years after my first period.

But how do I do it as a man? This tip could be better becuase it doesn't show an example for both groups of people.

Salsa is an awesome suggestion. If you can spin a lady, you will find ladies for sure.

I used to go salsa dancing at Tempe Marketplace with a meetup group for over a year, I loved it and always had fun. I guess some people are lucky and some aren’t. 🙂

All friends start carrying nerf guns. Any time he makes a negative comment, he gets shot.
Buy extra ammo.
