Or use the magic rectangle in your hand. Mark it on your calendar, set an alarm and name it what you want to remember. So many options that don't require keeping up with tons of sticky notes.

Ladders are no joke.

That is NOT new. That is what every organized scammer operation does.
Also, hope you get it all fixed in the end.

If you are deciding between cash and gift card to give someone, just save your money.

No no it’s okay! Being in the situation you know more about what’s going on. I have definitely met people like that. And it is a different rodeo. I appreciate you enlightening me!
I think you are right. He does need to know!
I have a parent who is a narcissist/egotistical. And sometimes it’s an endless battle. With my situation at least. Do what feels right and especially for your mental health. Just know when to choose your sanity.
I wish you luck and hope everything works out!

Completely why getting info from YouTube or cable news can be a bad idea. They shove it into your eyeballs so you don’t have time to process it.

Reply to comment by nutterbutters54321 in LPT: Call your bank directly even if you sign up for fraud alerts by Foodie1989
Go through transactions, say they will send a code and to verify it's you which my bank has done before but they must've somehow got enough info on me to know my name, number and username. It was very odd cuz the first 'bank' told me unauthorized charges to two people (my maleup artist from years ago at wedding and my cojlisin) had me contact tbem to tell them to send it back so that part made no sense. The first call they must've hacked my acct m.. my other bank is linked so I think maybe that's how they knew to pretend to be the other bank and get into that account.

One way to help this is to let calls go to voice-mail. Then you have an opportunity to think & re-listen to the message. A lot of people buckle to requests once put on the spot, like when answering an unexpected phone call.

If I have a lot to get done around the house I give my phone to my wife and ask her to hide it. This phone is like a magnet for my attention.
