Percussive instruments could be an exception here. Until it's time to tune quads/toms. Then you'll want something to get your 4th/5th intervals off of.

Not something I have to worry about, I leave my vehicles unlocked. I'm also at the end of a side street on the side of a mountain so its hard to know my house even exists, especially when the foliage grows back

Alternatively keep a box of kitty litter or a bag of sand in your trunk and you don’t ruin your car mats, or get a towel wrapped around your wheel.

Think back to the times where you worried that something bad would happen but after the event, nothing what you worried about happened at all.

They are completely different in terms of technique and that is the first stumbling block for new musicians.

I write stuff down on my computer, which at least helps if I'm in front of it.
Otherwise, write down on paper, take a pic of your note with your phone, move picture to dedicated folder for notes (or individual folders for subjects).

Lol I think most people with sleep issues would do this if they could 🙄 then they wouldn't, ya know... have sleep issues
