This isn’t about work, but my tip for that is to always say you have diarrhea so your boss won’t pester you about how sick you really are or expect you to see a doctor.

At your age I'd recommend start working out and see a therapist. Read more too. This doesn't happen overnight or in a week. There ain't no book or pill that will alter you deeply. It's a process called life. You haven't learned from your last or there are obvious reasons from your last why you became you. Now it's time for loving yourself in a healthy way. Becoming a man. I know, weird term but you get what I'm saying. I'm in my 40s. Therapy helped change my life along with all the work I had to do. I'm a single dad. So I also know I have to be a good example.

My mother took me to get my Learner’s Permit in her 70’s Lincoln Towncar and told me to drive home. It was like driving a boat, thank God I had experience with that, but that’s another story. 15 miles of 2 lanes, then over the hills and through the woods, we go on a extremely narrow road. Somehow we made it home. She never showed any fear. I was terrified the whole time. She had seven kids and I was the 2nd oldest. I guess it was a test to see if I could drive my siblings and give her a break.

Never buy gift cards, they’re a scam. Write a personal note saying “I know you like (store), so you can use this to buy yourself something there.” Gift cards are idiotic scams.

Use the physical key that's wired under your vehicle to open the door.
Turn on/insert battery into your fob. Disable the alarm with the fob.
Replace spare key in hiding spot.
Start vehicle and be on your way.

No, I hate gift cards. No one should ever buy gift cards, they’re a complete scam. Give money if you’re going to give money. A gift card is just money with strings attached, and it’s more likely that there’ll be money wasted because they buy something that’s under the value of the card and never spend the last few dollars. Gift cards are a SCAM.

I never said anything about buying a gift card.
We are talking about purchasing gift cards for other people instead of cash - And I’m making a comment as a receiver of gift cards.

As long as you understand that this is stupid, and you should just spend the same amount of money on whatever you want. You’re still buying yourself the gift card, it’s the same thing plus extra steps.

Big tip! Use jobalytics (chrome extension) to match your resume to the keywords in job postings. So much of the system is totally automated now, and the first few steps in the process involve basic keyword matching. It sounds dumb, but it can dramatically increase your response rate to applications!
