I read somewhere that there is a more natural cadence with handwriting than any other form of taking notes. It seems to give ones thoughts a space to breath.

Yup can attest to this. Spe ially if you want to get reallly good at any of those, invest in a piano, even casio will do. Hell, I use a piano app on my phone after my musoc teacher blasted me for confidently singing wrong notes 3 classes in a row. I wasnt even using the right scale and I was totally oblivious. Haha. He forced me to get a piano and voice box app after that. The voice or shruti box that helps you practice a particular scale.
A metronome app is also handy for setting correct rhythms and beats. You can flip between many different types of beats- 4 count, 3 count etc.

As a man, i fill in anonymous surveys in my company as a woman (my language makes it possible to distinguish in first person sentences).

And that's why I never respond to the Army command surveys.

Meanwhile my company HR tells me we can't fire someone who hasn't shown up to work in three months because we "haven't held others to that same expectation."

Any YouTube channel recommendations or resources for someone who is a visual learner?

I'm in my 40's and absolutely agree with this. I was a gym bro for a long time. Now I'm paying for it. Now, I'm doing 15-20 min of dynamic stretching before being the gym bro again, then another 10-15 of static stretching at the end of the workout.

This is a bit paranoid. I give people rides. I’ve also hitch hiked. The worst thing that ever happened was when I gave a (homeless) woman a ride. The next day she had wrote a note in lipstick on my truck window.
Also, I gave a ride to a woman who was experiencing a mental health crisis/intoxication. I drove her a couple blocks to the ER. She got mad at me and called me a bunch of nasty names but she did go into the ER so I think it worked out okay.

Both valid arguments but a missing fact is that the world just needs far more stem graduates than art graduates and thus more of the latter struggle starting of their carreer

Different strokes for different folks. I usualy tell close friends and family of my plans, I'm a terrible procrastinator and knowing that my friends/family are expecting me to do what I've said spurs me on, it really helps me. Remember, everyone works differently.

HR is and will always be on the side of the organization - despite any fluffy language they may tell you about how they’re there to help and protect employees. Any HR person who tries to represent themselves as otherwise is a snake.
Source: worked HR over 10 years. If there’s someone I had considered a friend or felt was honestly in the right and about to get screwed by the company - I was always happy to give off the record advice to help them. In my professional capacity, however, it was always about the organization.

I left a scathing review one year.
A few days after, the results came back, I was brought in for a "random" drug test, because they couldn't do anything else.
No, anonymous workplace surveys are not anonymous.

I know a lot of pop musicians don’t read music but it really helps your musicianship to learn. Singers are no exception. I learned to sight sing in college and it gives me a huge advantage over people without reading skills.

Going to the page is good advice. If someone emailed me their resume, it's going straight to spam
