Why would I wait until someone I know is randomly walking down the side of the road to pick them up and do something awful to them, wouldn’t it be more efficient to schedule that during a more convenient time for me? Like, what if I have a pizza in the oven and need to get home when I see them randomly walking, what then? What if my laundry will be done soon and I don’t want to deal with the wrinkles?

Tell yourself if something would take less than 2 minutes, you'll just jump up and do it.

Bring that plate into the kitchen? That's totally less than 2 minutes.

Break bigger tasks down into 2 minute sections so you start tackling them.

In take home? If so then your averaging your time/income better then what walmarts gonna pay you with presumably no commissions at all. I could definately be wrong but ive never heard of a walmart employee getting commisions before.. if thats 600 take home then your almost if not on route to double your income from the one job. Good job!

Set a timer on your phone. It's ok to do 'sprints' of boring work: think doing 10 mins of work, get 2 mins of phone, then move it up until you get 45 mins of work and 10 mins of phone or something. When the timer goes off you put the phone down and get back to it.

This advice came from adhd and tutoring kids/teens with adhd. You might try researching more tips there like creating a sacred space for work only, and another for phone; or making punch list of important tasks you can do before phone.

Honestly it's never perfect, and distractions will always be something you need to make space for and work around. Don't beat yourself up, just start again. Every minute is a chance to start again and try something new.

They give an hour too? That’s what I was told at orielly which was a disappointment but after actually working they said They’re cool if I use the break or go out fir 30min and come back. Gave me the option to just eat while no customers were around which I did this whole week.

(USA) It’s also a good safety against future Medicare/caid claims and limits on assets if you’d end up needing certain government assistance later in life. Prepaying at a funeral home could/would be set aside with an insurance company and could/would be considered separate from any other assets you have.

parquet, depends on what it's sealed with but the right answer is probably vinegar. If it's too big a problem for the cinegar see if CLR is something they sell in your neighborhood.

Wood in general, depends on coating or sealant. but generally waxes, oils and oil soaps.

you sound like you're surrounded by people who have been doing these jobs, look in the cupbords and see what they have been using.

More generally google "cleaning <problem> off <material>"
