Before you leave a room, look around. Is something out of place, does a cup need taking to the kitchen, if you are heading upstairs is there laundry to go up, before you leave the kitchen is there something out on the side?

I think this is a good way to get tidier.

I hate cleaning, especially dishes, so I clean them immediately after using, small incremental effort is much easier to commit to than one big one and it keep my mind at ease washing 1 piece at a time instead of the prospect of washing a whole basin of dirty dishes.

Let she clean small routine things.

You can do a deep clean every week (mop, dust, wipe windows, toilet, etc) to show her that you care and she will also appreciate the extra cleaness.

Sounds like you got Zuckerburged. Everyone is giving genuinely sweet advice but no one other than one or two people are being realistic. If you work in private industry, your coworker is your competition for titles and raises. The more good ideas they are credited with, the better they look to management, right?

In this type of environment, the person who says it first for all to hear gets the kudos. Why would you show your cards to the other players before the game starts?

Chalk it up to the game and keep churning ideas. Don't be delusional and think of they misunderstood me blah blah blah. You know what happened. You told your idea to someone you trusted and they ran with it to get the credit. Better luck next time.

This will always be a stupid fucking tip

Get proper moving boxes. With uniform sized boxes they can be stacked for storage, or carrying around and is much easier to pack in a truck, elevator, cart, car etc. When you use random boxes you end up spending more time playing tetris trying to figure out the right way to stack them.

Aside from all that, you'll need to drive around wasting time and gas looking for these boxes, since they're glued they can't be broken down so you can only carry so much to which you're just essentially carrying boxes of air back and forth. For about a buck and change for a box you can go to any moving supply or big box store and buy a ton of boxes that are folded flat.

I'm the end getting free boxes will cost you way more in time and gas.

Talk to them tomorrow and say “In the meeting yesterday, I felt surprised when you brought up idea X as your idea because I recall coming up with it myself. I was disappointed because I felt like you should have acknowledged my role in coming up with this. What are your thoughts?”

Their response to this should tell you whether it was an innocent mistake or them actually trying to take credit for your idea. If the former, then you’re all good - use this as an opportunity to build more relationship with them. If the latter, make it clear that you don’t want it to happen again, and know to watch out for them in the future.

Antibacterial soaps are ineffective. You'd need to leave it on your skin for upwards of 8-10 hours for the antibacterial ingredients to have an impact on the bacterial level. Pretty sure you don't want to take a shower for that long, not to mention the skin irritation that would come from leaving it in direct contact with your skin for a prolonged period of time.

Your armpits still a bit smelly after a good soap/rinse? Use a little shampoo for a second go-around. Also helps to manage episodes of swamp-ass. Or try a bodywash. But don't buy that antibacterial garbage. It's a waste of money, a health risk at causing bacterial resistances, and potentially harmful to the environment.
