My husband and I recently talked about this. We discussed a frequency that will work for us both and created lists and delegated tasks for ourselves that we didn’t mind doing. He likes folding and putting away laundry I like cleaning the toilet Definitely have a chat and and find out what works for you both. When thinking about the small things and becoming more aware just do a quick scan and think.. what would she do if she saw this. I have to say it’s much easier to keep on top of things when a home is already clean. Having a kid, 2 weeks is far too long to wait for us to say hoover or mop floors but again you’ve got to think about what factors into your life that changes your chore frequency.. if that makes sense

I'm the same re: 24/7, and I've been doing it for so many years that I now find it hard to sleep without some kind of white noise in the background 😬 ... it also means I NEVER hear anyone come to the door, which on the plus side has trained both my teens to quit forgetting their house keys, because if I'm in my room with the fan on, I won't hear them no matter how long they knock 🤣🤣🤣

Also, think about checking the Talk Page. If there are issues with the current page (downplaying something, some important missing stuff), somebody before probably noticed it.
In particular, that's the way you can request an edit on a protected page if you notice a glaring source issue. No need to register, your public IP is a good enough identifer to use the talk page.

It's also wonderful for less serious works, like history of some video games, where the original sources may not even exist anymore besides the latest snapshot of the Web Archive and their only use is on Wikipedia. There's a probable 0% chance that you would find an equivalent with a regular web search.

Source : I'm the guy who wasted 3h of their life trying to find a non-primary source about Hypixel's four Guinness Records to know what granted them the "most games on a Minecraft server" record. Ended making an account on the Guinness to access their free search engine and it turned out the authoritary source is incomplete from the start. I assumed somebody better would find a good alternative, but the "free registration required" link and the technically unsourced warning about the missing info still stands there years later.

It's crazy how hard it is to comply with *usually* sensible Wikipedia rules when there's no third-party media coverage of a fact. ^(If you want to help with wikipedia, don't fear asking in the talk page! It's there for a reason!)

I would not recommend this approach. It's a fairly passive aggressive response to what may be an honest mistake.

Better to talk to them directly to ascertain what the intent was. Intent matters. If they hadn't intended the faux pas, then they can possibly undo and clarify to others to make up for the mistake. Always maintain trust with people of integrity when they can admit mistakes.

Even if the person was being unscrupulous or intentional they're unlikely to be someone you'd want to be a target of longer term. Knowing what they're about without embarrassing them publically in a way that may generate a haunting grudge means you'll be in a position to make smart decisions around them in the future. You can always keep a record of things like this in case you need to escalate to others later on.

This!! Get a robot vacuum. Having a perfectly clean floor every single day truly makes your entire house feel so much cleaner. I strive to be a clean person but I’m just not. The robot vacuum helps a ton with that. And you don’t have to do any work for it. Hands down the best money I ever spent.
