Lead with that. "I'm really interested to see how different banking is from the administration work I'm experienced in. Banking is administration of money, so it seems like a good foundation to build on."

It shows you're interested in taking on something new and you have good skills that may give you an advantage.

Good luck in your interview!

No real experience with any of this, but, with it being a call centre job and they are indicating there will be role-playing, it is probably a guarantee that they will be throwing some aggressive/difficult/irrational customers at you. Be prepared to be able to keep your cool and to be able to de-escalate the situation.

I work in RnD for a chemical company, I am filing several new patents each year. My position on the raised point is that if someone push forward my idea this is positive. We will then negotiate later who contributes and who should be mentioned as inventor but, beside this, to me is important that good ideas are valorized. What if, it is only your idea and the company will go for another route?! Best wishes ;)

This response is vague. How many seminars did you attend? How much did they cost? Were you encouraged to sign up for paid seminars after attending the free ones? Were all the seminars conducted by Ashley? What concrete things did you learn? In what ways were the seminars helpful to you? What progress did you make with your mental wellbeing?

The main thing that helps us is keeping a spray bottle of all purpose cleaner (a nice, refillable one) and a supply of rags HANDY, like RIGHT THERE, in the kitchen, on the counter. That way you can clean off the stove top, counter, spills in the fridge, coffee maker, faucets, spot clean floor, fronts of appliances, all while you're waiting for your coffee to brew or your pizza to warm up. SO EASY. Your kitchen will always look nice too. Look for dirt, you'll find it. And kill it. You are brilliant for trying to do better!

My ex's family used to this when they daughters were all teenagers. It fell apart because they had a tiny house, and the rule was that if you weren't in for dinner that day (as teens often aren't), it was still your turn to wash up. It ended up me going there and just washing up whenever I could as you couldn't use the kitchen otherwise.
