I think it is pretty clear they know what they did. I don't think it will change anything but it is definitely a good idea to mention it to let this person know that you're not ok with it. After this, be careful around this person and what you share. If you feel it is happening again,. Feed him slightly incorrect information so if he tries this shit again, you can quietly correct them. Do this a few times and when they stop, keep on doing it.

Cover the spot with baby powder or cornstarch and leave it sitting for a few days. It will draw out the oils

I’ve used Dawn to remove oil spots.

If you want to continue to use vinegar in your washing machine, you are welcome to do so. I’ll still warn other readers to avoid using vinegar regularly because of the problems with damaging the seals. I’ve had a washing machine leak and it is no fun.

Will the free hotel shuttle take me to my house?

They're obviously Satan and know what they did, are happy about it and don't give 2 shits that you're mad about it. I would suggest, whispering in their ear something pleasant like, "Have you ever caught fire? Because that's what you have to look forward to if you pull that shit again."

Not all airports have surcharges. By the time you add in a tip for the shuttle driver and the extra time spent, and the possibility that you'll be traveling further if the hotel is in the wrong direction from where you're going, if there's any savings it might not be worth it, or even cost more.
And for fuck sake, don't call a shuttle to pick you up, or take the last seat.

The tip is to take the shuttle to a hotel that does have one, and then get picked up at the hotel instead of the airport (avoiding the fees associated with airport pickups)

I use dish soap and it almost always works. But it has to be a good quality dish soap like Dawn, rather than a dollar store version that tends to be more watery. Check that the label says 'grease-cutting' action. If the stain is set, use an old toothbrush to scrub with the dish soap before putting it in the washing machine.

What if the hotel doesn't offer free airport transfer? 🤔

There's a ted talk on this. Yes, really.
The trick is how the bow lines up on the shoe after you're done --you want it to be perpendicular to the length of the show, not parallel. If the bow is running parallel to your shoe, then there are two solutions. Either
- At the very beginning when you choose between going "right over left" or "left over right", switch from whatever you're currently doing to the other option, or
- When you go "round the loop" one way, go the other way.
Only change one of these things (if you change both, the changes will cancel each-other out), and the bow will now line up perpendicular to the shoe and come undone less often.

Depends, there are a lot of what I can call "toilet games" that are just a copy of the copy of the copy etc. of something

No, I don't think so because my family has been doing this forever. Bonus over liquid fabric softener is the paraffin wax from the softener doesn't build up and clog the washer. It's better for the clothes as well.

Reply to LPT: We are heading into “Moving Season”, liquor and wine stores have a TON of boxes. by HeRoSanS
You can also go to your local grocery store or supermarket and ask them for boxes.
The following were the ones I'd always give folks looking for moving boxes:
Apple, Pear, Pineapple, Tomato (light stuff, lock together), Banana (light stuff, or reinforce bottom), some Potato/Yam boxes were good.
