It’s malware piggybacking on a website. It’ll freeze the screen, purport to be Apple or Microsoft and prompt you to call. The same thing happens by e-mail of course. Proper response so far is to shut the computer down and reboot. It doesn’t appear to install or be persistent.

I have two dogs and the latest they let me sleep in is 8:30 if I’m lucky. I also had both as puppies and hated the 3 am puppy potty breaks during potty training enough to say I’ll never get a puppy again.

Babies and kids are so much harder than puppies. Why would I want a kid if I barely made it through the puppy months.

I love my dogs so much but seriously, puppy training is exhausting!

Guided meditation, try It in advance but sometimes the sound of a person talking to you and telling you what to do over rides the anxiety or pain signal.

I mean in headphones, and specifically the relaxation type that go in order from head to toe so you lose track of what's happening elsewhere.

Do it online, always. It never take more than 10 minutes with each application.

Pro tip: if you’re married, do 2 applications, each adult as the main policy holder. One is always cheaper, and it tends to be the women. My wife as the “named insured” was 30% cheaper than me bing the named insured and I have the better driving record.
