Plant cover crop and make metric tons of compost. Build the best ecosystem around.

Reply to LPT: If you want to compliment someone for losing weight, try not to fixate on how big they used to be by Dyert
Someone told me at work I had lost weight and "looked good". The problem: I was not overweight before. I had severe appetite loss from meds and so got too thin. Im struggling to work on it and eat enough. I cant really fit into pants and mostly wear leggings. The comment fucked me up a while.
Basically, you dont know what health issues people might have. Its better just to not comment on people's bodies. If you want to just say they look good and leave it at that.

I’d add focusing on your core strength. Yoga has it covered but in case you’re not into yoga other core focused exercises are really helpful for me. Like Pilates.

Never comment on what anyone looks like, not even to say something you consider to be flattering. Just don’t.

Regular password changes are actually recommended against by most major cybersecurity and governmental security organisations. But that usually pertains to *enforced* password changes (e.g. every 60 days, etc.).
If your password was secure last month, it should still be uncrackable this month, and for every month going forward.

I have a lot of lower back issues. They're different for everyone but I have a few things I do really consistently.
Yoga & low/no weight back exercises Icing multiple times a day (heat causes inflammation so even if it feels good it usually feels worse after) Seeing a chiro regularly to get adjusted, ultrasounded, and electrostim
Edit I totally forgot someone else said standing desk, that's key & one other thing, get a good chair for sitting. Something that really supports your back.

Agreed! It’s nice to receive a compliment without needing to diminish it in any way! A simple, “you’re looking amazing” will do.
