At least fried pickles are finally up north! And you can even get Shiner Boch here now.

FYI there’s a couple facebook groups that are in town that are great for stuff like this. They’re called Chelmsford News and Chelmsford News 2.0

I’m also a fan of London Tailor, took care of my, my nana, and others in my family for decades. Very reasonable, skilled, and efficient. I’d recommend them.

London Tailor is pretty good. I take my stuff there. Occasionally I have to have him redo something but they take good care of me.

Best I’ve found in the city so far, interested to see what others say.

I go to Rise in Dracut despite practically living next door to Cannabist. I've had similar experiences. It's also wildly disorganized, you walk in and there's like 10 lines and no one directing anything. They barely look at my ID when u go there, sketchy vibes

Maybe so, but Central Ave Compassionate Care in Ayer is solid and has $25 eighths that are usually like 25% and quality and they have Howl’s Sleeptime Tincture which is super effective for sleep ime. My favorite medical is Good Chemistry in Worcester, especially for sativa

I lived in Arlington, Texas for a few years. It was awful. You've made a good choice. I'd help, but I'm old and xenophobic. Still, welcome to a better life.

Used to go here a decent amount a few years ago when they were the only place and called Patriot Care. Went when it changed to Cannabist and had a few very bad quality products that they refused to even answer any questions about. Luckily there are a bunch of places now and I haven’t been there since. I usually go to Smyth or Reverie 73

Hard agree, only been there 3 times but I've had the same order rung up differently 5 different times. Idk who they are hiring but they aren't the brightest much prefer the place near Nashua where everything is through a tablet/online.

So i ended up finding a CVS (acton) that had 10mg xr. I usually get 3x20mg ir, so i called and had my doctor change my script to 6x10mg xr per.day. I called 40+ cvs yesterday. Maybe 15 walgreens. Every single cosco in the state. And a few walmarts. Nowhere had them. If you get lucky you can find a nice pharmacy tech at cvs, who will check their computer for nearby cvs that have adderall in stock. That's how I found out about the acton cvs. But she told me that there wasn't anywhere within a 20 mile radius with any adderall ir in stock as of yesterday afternoon.

This is madness. Each month it gets harder and harder. Tevs said March 2023 would mark the end of the shortage. But I'm dubious.

Unfortunately not, Jackson st CVS pharmacy had a really low stock of 30 mg but no 20. They said that they get stock pretty randomly so it’s hard to tell when they’ll have it again. The pharmacist told me I should talk to my doc about either switching meds or upping the dosage to deal with the shortage bc 30mg seems to be slightly more common. In the mean time, I also tried emailing manufacturers that are listed as having available product on the FDA drug shortage website for a list of pharmacies they provide to in the area. however I’ve tried over half the pharmacies they gave me with no luck so I don’t think it’s accurate. At this point I might just give up 😭
