In the last 2ish years, I have noticed a sharp increase in jerks on the road in South Portland or Portland. Am I the only one noticing this? I get tailgated on average twice a day or cut off by an arse who wants to go 60 Mph on Western Ave. I have lived in this area for a long time on and off and have never seen such insanity...
