I agree with what you wrote. It’s nice to read a comment that’s supportive of the area. We’ve been exiled in Vermont for several years, and have finally found a place to live in OOB. I was about ready to call it quits due to stupid scammers on Craigslist. Between Covid and inflation it took a little longer than expected. (We made a major mistake in leaving Saco, where we were for four years.) I’m looking forward to moving in April, before the hoards of tourists take over.
