I know you're looking for local and better, but the BK at Exit 48 is open 24/7 and at least it's cheaper than the Turnpike versions.

When i was a kid, Cole Farms was open 5 Am to midnight, but that whole sentence is heartbreaking.

Came here to say this! Great burger, fries, clam cakes, onion rings etc. No indoor seating, used to be able to stand and eat at the railings pre-Covid but I think that’s gone by the wayside. They won’t take phone orders so if you’re not there by closing at 11 you’re S.O.L.

You know, while I'm at it. Is it uncommon for apartments in Bangor to have an in-unit washer & dryer? I feel like I've combed through nearly all the listings, and there's maybe 2 that actually have a washer & dryer in the apartment. [I'm looking at 2 bedrooms]

Most say they have the hookups for them... that sounds like a whole other hassle & large expense to acquire the machines myself.

I'm really hoping this isn't a far fetched dream to have an apartment with the machines already installed.

Any attorney (myself included) in Maine can marry a couple. I would be willing to marry you two. Even if you just need someone to do the legal paperwork and you have someone else do the ceremony. (I am willing to do the ceremony).

You’re welcome. I know there’s a lot of mixed responses from people when “bad neighborhoods” get pointed out, but when you have landlords willing to rent to anyone, it’s usually because they don’t care about the buildings or tenants.

Rapid Rays in Saco is open til 11 most nights. Old style burger stand, no seating, about 5-8 min off the turnpike. Unfortunately there isn’t much open past 10-11 around here.
