They lock in the "standard offer" rate for the year I believe so it's fixed until 2024

Most of it is the supplier ISO New England, not CMP or Versant.
It's largely a function of electricity being more expensive to generate due to things like increases in natural gas cost, paying premiums to encourage renewables, etc.

If you get ice dams in inaccessible places consider salt grenades made with scrap pantyhose or old socks. Chuck above ice dam, salt melts out onto the dam. Slingshot helps.

Do you even live in Maine? The DMV is not an issue here

Bro what? Just because the ban is over doesn't mean they stop plowing. Use your common sense. Snow was falling until like 8pm. Only person to be mad at is yourself

One of the richest families in the world, worth $8.4 BILLION. They own so many businesses there are researchers who dedicate their whole careers in discovering what they actually own. They are building Canada's new naval fleet in a plant in a new Halifax yard that makes Bath Iron works look quaint. They have fleets of ships supplying their oil refineries and oil storage plants. They own tire companies, trucking companies, pulp and paper plants, railways, logistics companies, Kent (Canada's version of Lowes), agricultural companies (cavendish farms), they even make diapers and tissues. The list goes on.
Yet they are synonymous with avoiding taxes. You'd never know there was a family of Canadian billionaires floating around New Brunswick and Maine.

You would need a decent level of computer literacy - typing, setting up mics/camera, using spreadsheets, etc.
Pretty common tasks can be incredibly unintuitive on a PC. I dunno how many times I've wanted to bash my head against the wall using Excel or Outlook.
Would you have any industry specific knowledge that would lend to a remote job? For example if you were a previously a mechanic you could potentially do remote parts sales.
Ultimately I recommend enrolling in SMCC and getting an Associates in something. The Pell Grant and loans will float you, then also do-it-to-it and upskill - even beyond your program/curriculum.

The trees are being planted so that they can clear cut again. It’s bullshit p.r.

They pretty much own the entire province. Nor do they pay taxes.

Because they have no competition and apparently no regulation saying they can't. So. until they become a public utility they will continue to charge whatever they please.

I have a metal roof. I only have to remove about 3 feet from the edge. The sun hits it and keeps it clean
If I don't then ice will form. When I moved into my home I didn't realize this. I had 4 inches of thick ice hanging off the roof. It was about 6 feet long and curled under. I could not knock out off or even put a dent in it. When it came down it crushed my metal bulkhead. Ice went into the basement. Three grown men could jump up and down on the bulkhead and not even put a dent in it. The ice destroyed it. If a person was under that ice when it let go he would be dead
