Head waters of the presumpscot, royal river from Elm st bridge to the ocean. Nezinscot river ~3 miles to where it meets the Andro. Any pond or lake that is not ice covered provided you do not fish from ice to water.

They might be a bit more expensive but what else might account for the swapped prevalence of cash vs conventional between counties?

Hardcopies usually available at your town hall and anyplace that sells non-resident licenses.

Yeah, they can enforce that law as soon as they do the one about aftermarket mufflers on harleys.

He has a neighbor who is a total bro to the entire neighborhood. He goes around with his little truck and plow hitting at least the end of everyone's driveway from where the town plow built up, and the last 2 storms he has straight up done my whole driveway. If you try to give him money he rolls up his window or drives away.

My son-in-law plowed for a town in Maine for a couple of seasons. He filled in a driveway as usual after a big storm. On the way back the homeowner stopped him and had a lot of choice words for his deed. He listened to the tirade and then said “Jesus loves you” and continued plowing.
