They do. If roofs are leaking that means drainage issues. Given the freezing/thaw, not surprising that flat roof drainage is being backed up. also, flat roofs have a rubber-tar sealing compound in place of shingles, so makes me wonder about the age and what gaps occurred in the sealing.

snow or rain is fine, when you get one then the other, it weighs a shit ton and goes nowhere fast.

I'm not sure if it matters for your study, but I am willing to pay a lot more for something that is locally grown in soil. I will choose a local, aquaponic product over a conventional product, but I will not pay more for it.

Amazing! There's still questions to be answered. How will it stand up to the environment? Will the materials outgas hazardous fumes? What is the snow load rating of the roof? Fire rating?

That said, I believe we will see more of these homes in the future.
