They did say they would repair it! That was in the description in the link, they estimated 4000$ to repair, but my deductible is high and I don’t have that right now! So I put the money they gave for the repairs towards the loan

That snow was much heavier than normal and barely brought us to average so that means nothing as far as your argument goes. And those temps you mentioned are normal so if you average a baseline of 0 with +2 you still get +1. Look at the data, we’re still warmer than average.

But that’s what happened, I guess the term for it is hydrolocked after googling it. But that’s all I did, drive through a large puddle while rounding a corner, and the engine seized and didn’t start back up. After that I had it towed, it sat while waiting for an appointment, after mechanic and adjuster looked at it, a new engine and acouple other things is what they came to the conclusion of. I’m not sure what info you need to answer my question, but I can answer the questions to what I know.

It is not Versant screwing you, it is the Standard Offer provider for their service area. Inexplicably, the MPUC does not list the current supplier, but it is likely one or more of the supplier's from years past: New Brunswick Power, NextEra, or Constellation. Blame them, not Versant, who has the unenviable job of billing on their behalf.

Okay, but you know about water. You need to say what happened to your car.

I drove through a large puddle, and the engine seized, insurance had me bring it to a shop, the mechanic looked it over, and they wrote up a repair estimate. Aside from an oil and and something else that’s an easy fix, it just needs a new engine. Water didn’t get inside the car at all! But I’m happy to answer questions to the best of my ability! I **really don’t know much about selling cars, no matter the condition!
