I have no idea.
All I do see lately though are pricey new construction downtown and Bayside. I wish I knew the answer!

A roof pales next to rent? What the hell does your rent look like?

Very good argument. /s
Seriously what part of my post triggered you?
There is very little public assistance available for an unemployed 20 y.o single man.
I gave totally reasonable advise an some folks just freaked out.
Seriously, instead of talking garbage, tell me what was wrong with my post.

Density is the issue and most suggestions here are good. One large impediment to building at scale is lack of public sewer. The issue for small rural communities is asking residents to tax themselves to build a public sewer system that benefits the developer.

How exactly do you build affordable apartments without a government subsidy and make the effort profitable?

If only people had a hart, they wouldn't downvote you so much.

Pleasant Street Drop in Center in auburn can probably help with resources, and point him in the right direction. If he’s not sober, An Angel’s Wing is a great starting place for information and referral in the L/A area.

LD3. It gave emergency funding for heat assistance, warming shelters, and hotel rooms.

That's not a reporters job. If you want people to distrust journalists, and reporters, more than they already do encourage this. If you want us to ever get back to a sense of normalcy than they shouldn't.

Build more apartments, but make them actually affordable, not yet another $$$$$$$ luxury apt in the sky.

Legally they have to display the animal on the exterior of the vehicle, until it has been registered as harvested at a game station. (Assuming it was hunted)

This has been my favorite job for the last 15 years but the pay is horrendous. It’s just a side job for me now because of that. But it’s for sure such a wonderful way to accompany people in asserting their independence and autonomy and have a really dynamic work experience. But like you said… pay is like $16-$18/hour and it can be extremely demanding with tough hours. And there are much easier jobs that pay the same.

OP doesn't even specify why he doesn't have a job. Is it laziness? Is it lack of physical and/or mental capability? Is it transportation issues? You don't know. No one knows. Slow your roll.
