Everybody is comparable with everyone else within a 10-20 bucks. But when i got a flat early in the morning, no one but tire warehouse was open, and they didn’t have my tire in stock, Tire Warehouse on south willow had a used tire they put on my car so i could get to work until the tire came in. So because they were helpful (which i dont see much anymore from many companies) i stick with them.

Not sure there’s any “place” to go for tires that’s better than another, but I’d recommend putting your tire size into tirerack.com and find what brand/model you’d like and then you can call local places for prices. Sometimes they don’t include an install fee, so I’d ask if install is included.

There were talks of finishing the rail trail that goes right by the building and would make it easier to get to downtown. That + more rental bikes or scooter would help a lot. But I haven't seen any progress except for them surveying the land like 6 months ago.

We didn't have heat for 30 hours during the day that it was -10 to -40 throughout NH. It stopped working at 2 in the morning. I was asleep and woken up because I got cold. Got up to check the heat and it was off. The next morning I put in a maintenance request and emailed out property manager. No one came and they didn't respond with anything. The next morning on Sunday our apartment flooded. Water froze then expanded and a cap blew off the end of the pipe. We were told by the pipe fitter company that the pipes were installed wrong initially and that they used the wrong adhesive for the cap.
