City water is actually great, and Manchester is a nice community. There's some crime and issues of course, but most people in Manchester are genuine.
As for the climate, expect wildly swinging temperatures. Summer is usually brutally hot and very humid, and winter starts mild and ends very wet and cold. The important thing about the temps and weather is that it changes rapidly. 12-14 inches of snow one day, 60F and sunny the next, stuff like that.

Summers in Manchester have been pretty consistent the past 20 years. June is cooler and wetter than July or August. There’s always a week in the upper 90’s.

Manchester is normally like 60 to 70 on average in summer , but because climate change and global warming … it’s hot and not a true summer anymore .

Pro tip: Devriendt Farms’ ice cream stand in Goffstown serves Blake’s ice cream!

I live at Greenview. It’s not too bad. Parking can be a bit rough sometimes, and unless you say where you want a package delivered it’s always a fifty/fifty shot that it ends up in your building or in the mail room in the office building. But apart from that it’s pretty good. Water quality is fine. Been here a year in April and no issues that required maintenance so I can’t speak to their abilities.

Good and safe complex and neighborhood. It's disconnected from the rest of the city grid, so you'll want to make sure you have a car. Luckily it's right next to a highway exit and a short drive to downtown Manchester so the location is convenient.
Water quality is pretty good in Manchester, especially at the big condo/apartment complexes. Some of the older triple deckers have older pipes so it can be variable depending on how well maintained a particular building is. Are you moving here for work?

As someone pretty new to town who still hasn't has a summer here yet, this is very useful information!

Seasonally in the summer and it's always small batch and some unusual combo flavors. It's such a treat! It's amazing.

Only seasonally. Usually some creative flavors and a very small serving, but delicious.

I’ve been going to Mojo’s with the kids. Cheaper, same ice cream as goldenrods, better parking and way less bees

Blake's is my personal fave! Their graham cracker ice cream is totally unique, and their peppermint is possibly the best peppermint ice cream I've ever had.

Since no one has given you a legitimate answer, June could be anywhere from 60’s to low 100’s, but average is probably high 70’s-low 80’s
