Cyrillic are in the base. Which is quite pricey due to very low supply. Regular alphas isn't more expensive than the base but is hugely expensive based on original cost due to even lower supply.

I'd suggest switching the up arrow key to a 1.25 key (there's a few in that set). Now you can see there's a bit of empty space there because it's not the right key size. This is how I do mine.
