what’s a light leak hack?

i'm a little nervous to fully open the board. I haven't done that yet and I don't know if I want my first time to be on board that's this pricey.

Yes! Also check out Akko Matcha Greens. I have also found that lubing really assists with some sound and modding the board a bit if you’re up for it.

I had looked at those and wasn't sure if that would be the right move. I'll be going on to youtube and tiktok to watch some content on them. I like the ink blacks as well.

I'm still a novice when it comes to certain switches and what to expect so i didn't think they would be that different, but they are. I will say this though, the USB C cable... feels amazing and I didn't know that could be a thing. It's kind of velvety. Weird I know

I didn’t do enough research to know they had different switches! I have a feeling over this next year prebuilds are going to go wild, I’m actually getting targeted ads for them now 😂 Ya the white one is where I’m leaning for a future present to myself and a yelling from my wife. All in good time hehe

Thank you for those suggestions, I'll look into them. Coming from my clicky phase and into a pop, cozy feel so these particular switches are missing that mark a bit. It's perfect for me on the white board though.

I just really like the overall look of the board but I realize it's not for everyone. Glad i'm not alone in the appreciation of the vibe.

Visually, i am very pleased. But as i'm using the darker model i'm realizing very quickly that I am not a fan of the switches at all. These will be switched out, pun intended.

As for the white model... OBSESSED. it feels wonderful, sounds wonderful. I have been taking it to and from the office with me because it's all i want to use.

Personally, I'm not a fan of brown switches, no matter the manufacturer. I'd suggest looking into Gazzew U4 Boba, or KTT Sea Salt Lemon. There are tons of options out there, I tend to build boards with a mix; tactile on the modifiers, linear on the main alphabet, and clicky on the numpad.

Nice looking boards, though, I love those keycaps!
