Just take note that is very wierd lightning, and of you buy shit keycaps like me you will see the lightning through the keycaps. As this is my first build i have no idea of thats normal or not but i can take some poctures when i finish work to show you what i mean

I just built a QK65 this past weekend and it's my daily driver currently. The Zoom65 V2 launches January 26th I believe. Then the Mode Envoy is at the end of the month.

And you better believe I will be collecting all of the 65%s I can lol

I'm glad you asked ;) The leds made the plate light up so it would spread and bleed. So I messed about with this little contraption here. It's not perfectly aligned but it's not bleeding out anymore :)

Definitely a missed opportunity... The question mark should be a mystery loot box from Mario.

Other than that I love the look. Something about the font just brings me back. Awesome board!

If you love 65% you should checkout zoom65/qk65 if they're in stock, definitely must get 65% keyboard, yes I like 65% too, not too big not too small!!

Carbon fiber plate I think is more of a poppy(?), If you like poppy it's nice, but there are other ways to make board poppy too like tape+pe mod definitely make your board poppier

Hey, yes it’s the terracotta Mason60. Definitely on the pinkish side compared to the promotional photos. The colour could’ve been more saturated towards brown-red but I’m fine with this.

Haha kinda cute how it's a tiny bit bloated. As if the keyboard took a short breath and is puffing their cheeks out.

I am a big fan of Shenpo. Have a couple of their sets (square box/trays). Never had one that showed up wrong in any way.

They all have all the keycaps and no extras (sometimes you get repeats), impeccable dye-sub jobs, straight spacebars and thick walls. Great overall quality and QC and at a low price.

Only downside I can think of really is, well they only make beige sets.

Is this the terracotta zen mason60? The color looks slightly more pink, but it looks like the Zen finish.

That's good to know! I just ordered my Osume keycaps so when those arrive, I'll build out my Jr. So roughly in two weeks? Looking forward to it! And I know the 2.0 is roughly the same, but since I'm just getting into the space, I'm making the initial "investment" to expose myself to many different things to get a better feel for what my preferences are so in the future, I know "okay, if I'm looking for this and this, I should invest in this upcoming board."

There are just so many unknowns, but I do at least know I like a 65%, so I'll get Tofu rich lol. Curious to see how a carbon fiber plate performs...
