It depends what type, and how they are fitted. You also need to lock the USB connector in with glue, so how good it is depends on who made the cable and what they used. I use 2 part epoxy. mine are effectively solid state. I've seen others that just use some cheap glue, so it very much depends on who makes the cable.

I'm surprised at what I got for that sale price, actually! I wanted a loud board for this and a couple other keysets, and it feels nice typing on it right now. I was happy that AVX works sold a plate for it(FR4 gang!)

There have been a few popping up on eBay due to dead stock being found. I was lucky enough to scoop a set up in a TKC Portico bundle for $99.

The seller on ebay included the Keychron switches so I swapped them out and I like the sound a little better, at least at first impression. We'll see if that lasts. The keycaps may be more for aesthetic than sound, tbh, but I'll keep that in mind!
