The software itself is easy to use.

I'm saying in MY experience it was a hassle because the board wasn't connecting to the app. Because I was on a windows VM on a Mac.

This software or any thing pointing to it is non-existent on the manual that comes with it. You have to find it on Epomakers website.

BUT the only con anyone should worry about is the fact that the knob is not programmable.

I was wondering why there were downvotes. I worded it poorly. I meant that the OP's post was proof enough that he was a first time builder as I require proof for 'first time builder' discounts so the coupon isn't abused. It is a significant discount, depending on the cable, of around 50%. Sometimes more. The most going to completely new builders, a little less if it is first high end custom, first specific layout, etc.

We do it to give back to the community and welcome more into the hobby along with the giveaways we do quite frequently.

Sorry for the confusion.
