I managed to get a refund from luxecables months back because the dude operating the company kept pushing back my gb cable month after month so he could instead focus all his energy on making shitty artisan trays instead because they take less time to make and were probably making him better $/hour. We started calling out his bs in the discord once he stopped regularly communicating, so he removed all the chat channels and posted an update saying he would refund everyone who asked. He also started making some dumb excuses about how shifting the focus of his company caused all the delays, while we could clearly see him spending all his free time posting keyboard culture reels on insta, peddling nfts, and taking lavish vacations. Looks like he hasn’t posted anything new on Insta or discord since then so hope others were able to get refunded.

Nice keyboard, but I do not get the One Piece love. I confess I've only watched 4-5 episodes of the first Netflix season, but the dialog seems like just a bunch of mindless screaming about being afraid of pirates, and the characters are one dimensional caricatures. Maybe it gets better?

my b i figured this type of stuff was public info. sites like kbdfans, and basically any other mechanical keyboard parts distributor out of china, should have a replacement base that can fit the pcb and plate. you probably won't find the exact same one, but you'll have options and as long as it fits the pcb and the plate (which you can check by seeing if the screw holes line up with the pcb, that it fits the same size keyb that your pcb is, and by making sure that the case accepts a plate).
KBDfans is the biggest one of these sites, but it offers slightly higher end stuff so you mght not find a cheap plastic case, but they'll have options that will fit. if you want the exact thing that's still probably possible but you'll have to do some digging around other sites.

Yeah, I anticipate it being a relatively short turn-around time (maybe 4-6 months). Hopefully by then the Bauer Lite is out, that way I can slap the DS on the Bauer.

Yeah, ANSI is definitely the right move with the Q9. I would definitely not recommend a 40% or 50% for anyone not first used to using a 60%. It can be a steep learning curve.

It was a great first board to build. It wasn't too difficult and a very reasonable price. Don't think I would appreciate it as much if I was getting it now though.

Slap some silent switches on it and it's a great board to take to the office though
