No, I have not, and I am getting a little annoyed. Take a look at THIS. I contacted their support and they replied one time last week with:

> "Can you try to adjust the metal contact to allow the pin inserting?"

Which I tried a little but cannot without damaging the board ... I believe. I have email'd them three times since their initial response and they have not responded to me. At this point, I am going to start advising against ordering from KBDcraft.

Very happy to hear there will be another round of these. Unfortunately mine disappeared after they changed hands from Prevail to the post office so I didn't end up actually getting to be in on the first round. It's a shame that the space is losing a big company and I feel for all those involved. Hopefully the partnership with Novelkeys proves fruitful!

Its got absolutely nothing to do with being hot-swap, and all to do with your choice of plate.

An acrylic top plate is not 1.6mm thick which is what the switches are designed to grip, but 2mm or 3mm instead. So you aren't locking the switches in place as designed, but simply have them stuck in there as 'press fit'.

All on you for making a choice of aesthetic over function.
