It's kinda hard to find themed shine through keycaps, let alone a cyberpunk themed set. Although not explicitly cyberpunk, I think some of the pbt fans' "see through" keycaps are kinda worth considering, though they are quite literally double the price. otherwise, possibly something like borderlit keycaps might look good as a cyberpunk-y set

Edit: you also could just go for like just yellow or blue themed caps, such as these ymdk caps

I tried the Cherry MX Silent Reds and really hated them right away. They just made typing feel...gross. I also tried the Zeal Zilents. They were OK, but the price turned me away. Overall, I like the Gazzew Bobagum Silent Linears—but sometimes want to try others, just for fun.

I think it’s safe to say that broken-in switches feel better than non broken-in switches. Are they better than oil kings or switch xxxx? That’s subjective or personal. Are they better than lubed? Also subjective. It may just be one of those things you have to try to actually know which means buying some. Personally, me as a hobbyist I just like to try everything. I find it fun. I can certainly tell the difference between one switch that is stock, broken-in or lubed. Also, Cherry MX is the grail for some.

The NK87 is fine, but $150 is the price it should normally be. I bought one with the intention of it being my beat-up board-- to test switches on, for my kid and wife to use, and whatnot. That way I wouldn't beat up my nicer keyboards. I don't really use it often but it does look fantastic with the DCX Cyber keycaps (I got the pink boar). The finish is excellent and feels like it could take a beating.

I'm not a fan of plastic keyboards so I wouldn't personally choose the Tiger Lite in this instance, but as others have stated and based on reviews it would probably be the better choice if you don't already own many nice boards. If you're looking into another board maybe consider the QK80. It's around the same price and checks a lot of the boxes many newer keyboard enthusiasts are looking for in a budget board.

lmao, I remember seeing these posts of keyboards with a city in the background and I thought it kind of just became a trend until I checked your profile just now. Love the idea, and I love the photo! I kind of wanna do something similar probably when I'm on break from school lol

well, I suppose that's at least an improvement over the standard layout then, right? Sounds like you found a way to make your computing more manageable for the day-to-day.
