I have my Dots on an Asceny keyboard. Spent 100+ on keys to put on a 60 dollar keyboard lol. Your layout is similar to mine except I used alternating colors on the top row so I knew which were even numbers and which were odd. Make me get used to finding them quicker.

oh no -- honestly yeah, once i realized i couldve gotten clickies or silents i was pretty happy with it. at least i got to try out the kailh reds too so something that's new

f in the chat for you, but maybe time to try some unconventional builds or an office keyboard with the silent blacks haha

That looks really nice and I'd love to try to build my own. That said, I don't have any experience with custom PCBs so not sure how I go from your source files to a physical PCB. Any chance you could document how to do that?
