Thank you

But yeah, deal breaker sorry. I am not big fan of companies that are not willing to routinely do business locally. Reminds me of our gas and fishery industries but they at least willing to sell a small fraction of their products locally on a regular basis. And you can find Australian prices too.

I would suggest that you can set up a local site with Australian prices or team up with local retailers. I don't think that will be much extra cost for your company but there are some profits to be made locally. Much easier for you to have local customer than having to deal with overseas ones all the time.

Hmm, if you’re looking at a hotswap board with a numpad, the Q12 doesn’t seem like a bad option, it’s just the price. But you might want to switch out the switches for a more quieter one if you want a quiet board. I’d recommend for budget the Outemu Silent Whites, as they’re really quiet despite being really budget friendly :)

I love the knob, I find myself using it quite a bit and the sheer girth of it makes it easy to turn. I was debating on the q5 as well, but I didn’t like how big the bezels were and I wasn’t looking to spend that much since this is my first board. I’d highly recommend this if aluminum isn’t your main priority!
