Reply to Finished my first ever custom build today, a Mode Sonnet by friendmode

Build specs:

  • Mode Sonnet with grey top, gold bottom, brass accent, brass internal weight
  • Durock v2 stabs
  • Gateron Oil King switches
  • GMK Moonlight keycaps

Love it already. I'm coming from a full layout so the 75% layout takes a little adjustment, but the typing feel and gaming responsiveness feel great on the Oil Kings.

If anyone has questions about the Mode specs and how they influenced the board, feel free to ask.
